Apps to help cope with Anxiety

  • CBT-I Coach

    This is a great, free, app that utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy & Mindfulness techniques. It’s designed to help with sleep, but many of the exercises under the “Quiet Your Mind” section are useful when anxiety rises during the day.   • Calm

    This app offers a free version and a fee for their Premium version. There are many different exercises (that are evidenced based) rooted in Mindfulness & somatic breath work. If you would like to learn more, click here.

  • Breathe2Relax

    This is a free app (that requires a log in and password). It has great exercises to reduce stress & anxiety. If you would like to learn more, click here.

You can find a million different apps to help with anxiety. You may have to try a few before finding what works best for you.
