About Me

I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist based in Colorado (Mountain Time zone). Since the creation of Psypact (the interjurisdictional practice of psychology), I am able to practice across state lines. I graduated with my PhD in Clinical Psychology in 2016 and have worked in private practices, primary care centers, the Veteran's Administration, and a major county hospital. My specialty areas include ADHD, anxiety, depression, medical diagnoses (e.g., cancer, diabetes, struggles with weight, infertility, pregnancy loss), stress management, and finding life purpose.

I enjoy working with people who are employed in the medical field, college students, adults, and athletes.  I use an integrated approach, but mostly Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). My theoretical orientation is based on the Biopsychosocial model.

In my free time, I enjoy being with my family & dogs and you'll typically find me hiking or somewhere outdoors.
